To ensure a safe, smooth, and memorable journey for all participants, we request you to carefully read and comply with the following terms and conditions:

Identification Requirement

• All participants must carry their original National Identity Card (CNIC) along with a copy. This is mandatory.
• The Dreamial Tours reserves the right to refuse boarding to any participant who fails to present a valid CNIC, without any entitlement to a refund.

Trip Schedule & Itinerary Changes

• The Dreamial Tours reserves the full right to change, modify, or alter the trip itinerary, schedule, or routes without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Such circumstances may include traffic delays, landslides, weather conditions, political situations, strikes, security concerns, or any situation deemed necessary for safety.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour throughout the trip. Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Respect for fellow travelers’ privacy and dignity is mandatory. Non-compliance may lead to removal from the tour without prior warning.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable if a participant chooses not to travel.
• Any payment collected at the time of departure will not be refunded if a participant leaves the trip mid-journey.
• If a trip is canceled by The Dreamial Tours due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued after a 20% deduction or adjustment of administrative costs.
• Cancellation within two (2) days before departure will result in 100% deduction of the total amount or initial deposit.

Discount & Seating Policy

• For bookings made under discounts exceeding 20%, seating arrangements may be adjusted to maintain consistent service standards.

Accommodation Policy

• Participants confirming their booking immediately after receiving trip details will be accommodated in the same hotel as communicated.
• Otherwise, an alternative hotel of equal standard and quality will be provided.

Prohibited Items

• Carrying explosives, weapons, narcotics, or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal without refund.
• The Company shall not be liable for consequences arising from a participant’s negligence or unlawful actions.

Personal Belongings

• The Dreamial Tours shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

Company Property & Equipment

• Any damage to Company property or equipment caused intentionally or through negligence will be recoverable from the participant.

Safety Disclaimer

• While all reasonable safety measures are taken, The Dreamial Tours shall not be held liable for incidents arising from circumstances beyond its control.
